Hole Guacamole and Panchotillas got all gussied up for their debut at The Taste of The Hawaiian Range.  It was a homegrown, 'palate pleasing' event, celebrating Hawaiian agriculture and ranching.

In the foursome of our presentation,   We showcased Kona Sea Salt - which we use to produce our Panchotillas for Hole Guacamole.  And to cool things off, we served up Kona Sea Salted,Tropical Dreams, Kona Coffee ice cream with Original Hawaiian Chocolate ganache served up by Pam Cooper topped with Kona Coast Macadamia nuts.

Many great compliments were poured out as people asked where and when Hole Guacamole would be available.  The best compliment was a repeat 'offender' who came to 'taste test' Big Island's best guacamole four times! The last time, he came disguised (he changed his shirt)!  Thanks everybody!

You can now order Hole Guacamole on line!
